We normally reply to all e-mails within 24 hours but it is helpful to have a few bits of information so as to best respond to your inquiry.  Basically we need to know where and when the wedding is to take place and who will be doing the Still Photography. A contact telephone number is also useful. If you prefer to contact us by telephone then early evening is the best time to do it.

We prefer to give demonstrations at our home as that way we can show you samples that are customised to your day. This is probably the only chance that we will get to meet you before the wedding and we want you to feel comfortable with us when the big day comes. It gives you the chance to ask questions or receive tips and advice. If it is not easy for you to come and see us then we can arrange to send you a sample.

We do charge extra to cover time and fuel expenses when a round trip journeys of over two hours is required to attend your venues. You will be made aware of how much this would be before committing yourselves to a booking.
