Whatever option you decide upon will be filmed and edited to the same high standard and with the same level of enthusiasm and commitment as we give to the most expensive service. It may be possible to add or subtract elements from these programs based on individual circumstances. (for example) If you do not wish your speeches or dances filmed then we can offer a discount. There are no hidden costs and there is no need to provide us with a meal.

Your wedding is normally filmed and edited in High Definition as this preserves as much detail and sharpness as possible before being down converted for DVD. You can upgrade to High Definition for stunning picture quality on Blu Ray for £150

Recommended for short services such as in a Registry Office or Hotel where the main cameraman is allowed a good vantage point. Also recommended when you combine us with a Reportage style Photographer

What you get :--Computer created stylish opening titles followed by  coverage of the arrival of guests and wedding party - the wedding service (camera positions are at the discretion of the Minister or Priest) Where possible we normally use an external radio microphone that is placed near the Bride & Groom during the ceremony , to enhance the sound quality of the vows. The Groom may request the option of using a concealed radio microphone with a lapel clip microphone to guarantee good quality sound during the vows -signing the register and subsequent photosession at the park or hotel -meeting the guests and cutting the cake -the speeches are recorded using two microphones -- a radio microphone placed on the table close to the speaker to give high quality crystal clear audio and for back up a highly directional Sennheiser XLR balanced microphone is attached to the camera. Many Hotels have there own sound system and may give you a handheld microphone to use - please keep this about 4 inches away from and below your mouth in order to preserve clarity.

When possible we try to show some of the evening guests before filming the first 2 dances.The film ends with a 3 to 4 minute slideshow of video stills made to measure to fit the piece of music that you have chosen.

The "Romance" option gives about an 8 minute video stills slideshow, about 10 minutes of highlights and includes slow motion and black and white sequences.

 The same as Bronze but with a second camera operator filming the service.This gives us both the opportunity to capture high quality images and to add variety to the presentation.. The video is not allowed to move during the ceremony so having a second camera comes into its own as the Groom is often required to turn away, hiding his face from the main cameraman during the vows.   Recommended for services lasting more than 20 minutes or where the cameras are not allowed good filming positions or where you just want to get the best results. Having a second person there means that the main cameraman is free to film rather than be distracted by having to move equipment at the end of the service or park the car somewhere when we get to the hotel.

If you wish to have 2 cameras filming through to the second dance ( for extra shots of guests -- guest messages - more variety during speeches and dances) then choose the Premium Silver package at £950

£795 with 3 copies on DVD    Single Camera    

 All the items listed for Bronze plus we film 4 dances and provide a slideshow of around 180 video still shots lasting about 12 minutes. Most of these images will be different to those provided by your photographer. Many of our customers tell us that they get more pleasure watching these pictures than from looking at the wedding album. We then create a short film lasting about 20 minutes showing the highlights of the day. This allows us to do some creative editing and concentrate on the stars of the show the Bride and Groom. This part often contains a portion when we show some slow motion sequences coupled with black and white footage to create a stunning effect. We finish with a two part finale with flashbacks from your first dance and some special images created from your video stills. Its a powerful blend of images and music that will leave you feeling great.

St Mary's Irvine

The Ultimate wedding video service.                  £875 with 3 copies on DVD  and 2 camera coverage of the service-  

This is our most popular service and is essentially the same as in Gold but with a second camera operator covering the ceremony to give superior results. A powerful emotional experience that will lift your spirits every time that you watch it.

If you wish to have 2 cameras filming throughout the day until the 4th dance ( extra shots of guests - guest messages - variety during speeches and dances) then choose our Premium Platinum package at £1100

Extra charges for time and fuel costs may apply when we have to make a round trip journey in excess of 2 hours to cover your wedding - quotes will be made on an individual basis before you make a booking

A deposit of £100 is required to secure the booking. The balance should be paid at least 3 weeks prior to the event.

Guest messages :- are offered as part of the Premium Silver or Premium Platinum packages but for an extra charge of £60 they can incorporated as a stand alone feature in the other services .We feel that the best time to film these is between the end of the meal and before the first dance. It is recommended that in such circumstances the speeches are before the meal. They can also be filmed after we have recorded the first few dances but remember that not every venue can provide a suitable interview location where the noise from the dance floor is not intrusive.
